About Me

I draw joy from creating cohesive teams, with an environment which taps into everyone’s potential. I firmly believe this can only done with HRT(Humility, Reliability, Trust) as the guiding principle. I always endeavour to enable delivery for my team/group by removing roadblocks either by volunteering to devise a strategy or forming the right group to promote a faster pace. Quality assurance is not about writing tests for the product only. It’s also about driving good processes and deliverables for the stakeholders. I have started speaking publicly about my work in the past few years as well. I have presented at Agile Testing Days, Test Bash, QCon, Build Stuff, Women Who Code, StarWest, UKSTAR and multiple other events. I am also a keen advocate of creating diverse and inclusive teams and have been a key member of Women in Tech initiatives in various organisations.
