Maryam is one of my go-to leaders for ideas on guiding quality improvement with data and metrics, and for building quality in throughout the DevOps loop. I’ve learned so much from our conversations and collaborations over the years, and she has helped me come up with solutions for my own teams’ challenges. She has shared so many innovations with our community through her speaking and writing. She is a transformative leader who can help teams to achieve their goals of becoming high-performing teams, delivering quality software product changes frequently through continuous delivery. Most importantly to me, since I know we need to enjoy our work, she has a focus on the human side of software development, which complements her technical expertise.
